The Bual Cross-Country Club and the Eastern Switzerland Biathlon Base offer the shooting stars of tomorrow ideal training opportunities in the Roland Arena. 

The Bual Lantsch/Lenz cross-country skiing club was founded in 1971 with the purpose of promoting the sport of cross-country skiing and biathlon in the region with a JO group. Children and young people are introduced to the sport in an age-appropriate way. In 2015, the Biathlon Base Eastern Switzerland was initiated in cooperation with all regional associations in Eastern Switzerland - the Grisons Ski Association, the Eastern Switzerland Ski Association, the Liechtenstein Ski Association, the Sarganserland-Walensee Ski Association and the Zurich Ski Association. Since then, more than 20 young athletes between the ages of 14 and 21 have received targeted training in biathlon at the base in Lenzerheide.
